Pests

Bacteria and viruses cause disease, while dust mites, cockroaches and fungi put particles into the air that are responsible for most allergies and asthma. Those sensitive to biological particulates must keep this dust under control and relative humidity at the proper seasonal level to help minimize condensation, fungi growth and dust mite populations. Take the dust mite, which breeds in high relative humidity and wetness and their feces is one of the most powerful known allergens.

Most pests fall into the category of biological particulates, which are nonhuman organisms that share our living spaces. The relative humidity of your home must maintain a balance to reduce the infestations of biological particulates that are hazardous to your health.

Part of the ecoProach evaluation is to check for humidity and areas that have propensity to these types of pests. Call now to get your home evaluated for the presence of biological particulates!
